Returns? Let’s Keep It Simple (and Stylish).

All sales are final—but hey, we get that sometimes things don’t vibe. Returns are accepted for store credit within 7 days of delivery (because we’re reasonable like that).

A few things are no-take-backs: special orders, custom creations, wearables, perishables, and our beloved antique or vintage treasures. Oh, and no price adjustments—what you see is what you pay.

Our antique and vintage treasures are sold "as is"—a little wear just adds to their charm, don’t you think? Because of their unique nature, returns aren’t accepted on these one-of-a-kind finds.

Damage Control: We’ve Got You

If your package arrives looking like it’s been through an action movie, let us know within 24 hours—time is of the essence! To help us file an insurance claim, keep all packaging intact and snap plenty of photos (the box, the packaging, and the damage itself).
